A diverse team of skilled rotating equipment experts – millwrights, mechanical engineers, pipe fitters, welders, vibration analysts – we’ve been exposed to every conceivable industry and every imaginable problem.
Our team is made up of raw talent, pure passion, and skilled expertise: we love figuring things out. Our world revolves around finding effective solutions to seemingly impossible problems (even if that means finding someone else to fix the problem). At Vibe.FX, we’re all about character. We hire people whose primary driver is to do the right thing.

Every member of our team takes responsibility for preventing accidents and injuries on every job, nothing trumps the safety of our team, clients, partners, and the public. Our safety policy and procedures are compliant with the OHS Act, Regulations, and Code, and we are also certified with ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, CanQual, and Avetta®/PICS®.

As problem-solvers and troubleshooters, performing high-quality work is just part of what we do and we have our own in-house quality management plan. But we know that our clients must adhere to their industry’s regulations and standards, so we almost always adopt our clients’ program, whether it’s API Spec Q1 or ISO 9001.
