The scope of the job started with just myself, then progressed to 4 full-time analysts on site.

(Previous to this job request, we had planners, engineers, schedulers, material coordinators, project managers and administrative staff onsite since 2010 who’s efforts were for the 2015 outage.) 

Vibe.FX solution:

To provide ongoing plant uptime and optimization services as requested

Our original scope included commissioning support which transitioned into performing maintenance vibration for Jackpine Mine and shortly thereafter, Muskeg River Mine. This included monitoring roughly 2000 pieces of equipment.

Concurrent activities performed by Vibe.FX were for the upcoming 2015 major outage. We provided Planners, Schedulers, Managers and SME, Engineers, Safety, Material Co-Ordinator’s, and Admin.
